What I am about to say, most people will find difficult, if not impossible, to believe, but anyone is invited to try to PROVE ME WRONG<\/u>! First, though, I would ask people to please read all that I have struggled mightily with to write, as the evidence speaks for itself.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n


\nToday\u2019s unparalleled corruption began back in the 1700s, in the United Kingdom, but has now spread throughout most major countries of the world, to the extent that it now literally threatens all life on Earth and its people. It threatens to bring in a new One World Government<\/b>, but one in which the global population will be drastically reduced (estimates have its new population being just a fraction of today\u2019s estimated 7.8 billion people). Each person allowed to live will not only be vaccinated, but also have implanted in their body a programmable chip – to enable the \u2018privileged\u2019 few to control and direct their \u2018slaves\u2019 (not my word) to do their bidding. Sounds preposterous? But it is all true. The New World<\/b> will share a common digital currency – again, to enable the \u2018privileged\u2019 few to better control its \u2018slaves.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Although it could not have been envisaged in the 1700s, man\u2019s discovery of power line frequency (50\/60 Hz) and radio frequency (RF) electro-magnetic frequency (EMF) radiation<\/strong><\/span> has changed everyone\u2019s life forever – including those \u2018privileged\u2019 few, all of whom have profited handsomely from these technological inventions. Estimates of the net worth of 5G (Fifth Generation)<\/strong> peg the technology at about $17 trillion. But because the installation of 5G is meeting with such opposition around the world, it is thought that today\u2019s Covid-19 Pandemic (which has ruined national economies, shut down entire industries, cost thousands if not millions of people to lose their jobs and\/or homes, cost unprecedented numbers of suicides, prevented children from going to school, etc.) has been deliberately orchestrated by corrupt governments to distract the publics\u2019 attention from 5G and onto other things, so that Industry can continue rolling out their 5G installations in cities around the world without media or pubic attention.<\/strong><\/p>\n


\nPeople need to educate themselves about the Rothschilds<\/b> and Rockefellers<\/b>, and how their families control the world, the Committee of 300<\/u>, the Illuminati<\/u>, the world\u2019s 13 most powerful families<\/u>. They need to know who owns and\/or controls international banking, entire industries, governments, health agencies, health regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and both the mainstream and social media; the Council of Foreign Relations<\/u>, the Trilateral Commission<\/u>, the Bilderberg Group<\/u>, the Club of Rome<\/u>, etc., People should also learn something about the dangers of today\u2019s electric and magnetic field (EMF) radiation (both power line frequency and RF EMFs), including 2nd Generation, 3rdG, 4thG, and especially 5G technology). Who owns this technology? Who is pushing a New World Order?<\/u> Covid-19 pandemic?<\/u> Compulsory vaccines<\/u>? Readable and programmable implants<\/u>? Who are the corrupt individuals within Health Canada? ICNIRP? WHO? CDC? And what is the significance of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation? Who is Henry Kissinger, etc.? Who is pushing Eugenics? <\/span><\/p>\n


\nOnly when one has the \u2018bigger picture,\u2019 can they realize that I am not exaggerating. This is deadly serious!<\/b> For this reason, people have no option but to rise up, unite and prevent governments from doing any more harm to the planet and to, us, its people! 5G (5th generation wireless technology) is to provide faster and higher capacity transmissions to carry the massive amount of data that industry projects will be generated from the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, driverless cars, video streaming, augmented reality and more.
\nThe plan for 5G is to include the higher millimeter wave frequencies never before used for Internet and telecommunications technology. These waves do not travel well through buildings and obstacles like trees, so 5G would require hundreds of thousands of new so-called \u201csmall cells\u201d. The wireless telecom industry is aggressively seeking to outfit lampposts and utility poles around the country with microwave antennas beaming hazardous radiation next to, and into, our homes 24\/7.<\/p>\n

5G cell tower antennas will be supplemented by, and integrated with, thousands of new space satellites to ensure that every inch of the planet is sufficiently irradiated to support ubiquitous high speed wireless capability.<\/p>\n

In light of the ever growing independent science showing adverse health effects from microwave radiation, the densification of our communities with 5G-infrastructure, complemented by the saturation of our skies with satellites, may prove to be a very ill-conceived idea.<\/p>\n

IoT is a vision of connecting every \u201cthing\u201d possible to the Internet \u2013 all machines, appliances, objects, devices, animals and even our brains. IoT will also include artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), robots, microchipped humans. IoT sensors and surveillance cameras will pepper our communities as well. New IoT cyber physical systems will render all objects \u201csmart\u201d \u2013 i.e. connected to the Cloud \u2013 thus enabling pervasive machine-to-machine (M2M) communications and massive data collection and leaving us open to devastating cyber attacks.<\/p>\n

Although government and industry promote the IoT as the panacea for all ills, IoT \u201cthings\u201d will increase our exposure to pulsed microwave radiation \u2013 known to adversely impact both humans and wildlife.<\/p>\n

You may decide the hoped for, and hyped about, benefits of 5G and the IoT do not outweigh the serious harms and you may choose to not buy into 5G\/IoT.<\/p>\n

Back in December I noticed an antenna on a telephone pole here in Maple Ridge, just like the ones that had been installed in other cities.\u00a0 Then I remembered the City Council had attended a presentation by one of the big companies wanting to install small cell antennas, but the Council had many concerns about safety, and clearly stated that Telus could not install small cells in Maple Ridge until there were further studies and evidence it was safe.\u00a0 So why would a company go ahead and install without permission from the City?\u00a0 Would the City not have a big problem with that being done without a permit?\u00a0 Many residents jumped online and debated about it.\u00a0 Questions were forwarded to the\u00a0Mayor and City Council, and we are still waiting for answers.\u00a0 Meanwhile more and more antennas pop up in Maple Ridge, some in great numbers beside the seniors residents on 224th. Far more then are required for a small street. Across the Globe, Mayors and City Councils are actually banning the installation of 5G. (\u00a0https:\/\/emrabc.ca\/?page_id=16320<\/a>\u00a0)<\/p>\n

Lets face it, do you want to wake up to find a cell tower extremely close to your home? That may soon happen here in Maple Ridge.\u00a0 Small cell antennas and microcells are being installed on our streets in preparation for the roll out of the next generation of wireless connectivity – 5G. The problems?\u00a0 Ample peer-reviewed science shows the radiation these transmitters emit is not safe for humans, animals, or plants. Wireless networks use 10 times the energy of wired ones and contribute to climate change. They are easily hacked and put our personal privacy and national security at risk. The worst of it? Federal policy takes away our right to be consulted or even told that this harmful technology is being placed on utility poles right by our homes, workplaces, schools, parks and hospitals.
\nDespite what the marketing says, small cells \/ microcells and 5G are not about improved communications for us. They are about increased profit for the companies that own them and buy and sell our data.

See \u201cUS Military-Industrial-Complex<\/u><\/i>\u201d (attached).\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The former head of Health and Welfare Canada (now Health Canada) scientist, the now notoriously corrupt Dr. Michael Repacholi<\/u><\/b>, was instrumental in setting essentially the same \u2018safe\u2019 Exposure Limits (for RF EMF radiation) for all three health agencies: 1) Health & Welfare Canada; 2) ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection), which he did while heading up the WHO (World Health Organization) International EMF task group; and, 3) for the WHO itself.\u00a0 https:\/\/www.spandidos-publications.com\/10.3892\/ijo.2017.4046<\/a><\/u><\/i>\u00b7<\/p>\n

Health Canada\u2019s globally-vilified \u2018Safety Code 6\u2019 protects Industry<\/u><\/b> – it DOES NOT<\/u><\/b> protect the public (e.g., Safety Code 6 allows telecom companies to erect cell phone towers dangerously close to schools, hospitals, cancer clinics, residential areas, places of work, on public transit systems, etc. In 2012, the BioInitiative Report said, in effect, that \u2018safe\u2019 Exposure Limits for RF EMFs need to be lowered some 3-6 million times! (This, of course, saves telecomm companies billions of dollars in real estate costs they otherwise would have to spend);\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In 2005, the same notoriously corrupt Dr. Michael Repacholi<\/u><\/b> \u2018determined\u2019 – for the world (except the USA) – with the help of eight (8) industry representatives he had invited to help him, the \u2018safe\u2019 Exposure Limits for power line frequency (50 Hz\/60 Hz); It was he who determined that 2,000 mG was safe for the Public and 10,000 mG for Occupations.\u00a0 https:\/\/www.bcuc.com\/Documents\/Proceedings\/2005\/DOC_9755_C1-33_KAROW%20Evidence%20No.%2020%20%20Dr.%20Slesin%20MWN.pdf<\/a><\/u><\/i>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Safety Code 6 fails to even mention powerline frequency (50 Hz\/60 Hz) EMFs, let alone provide any protection against them. https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/health-canada\/services\/environmental-workplace-health\/reports-publications\/radiation\/safety-code-6-health-canada-radiofrequency-exposure-guidelines-environmental-workplace-health-health-canada.html<\/a><\/u><\/i>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yet, despite the above, Health Canada quietly allows electric power utilities to construct \/ erect overhead power and transmission lines, distribution lines, substations, power transformers dangerously close to schools, hospitals, residential communities, medical facilities, places of work, public spaces, etc.\u00a0 (By doing so, Health Canada enables electric power utilities to save literally billions of dollars they otherwise would have to spend to buy the land necessary for them to situate their infrastructure at safe distances from the public, i.e., where magnetic field measurements would not exceed one milligauss (1 mG), instead of the 2,000 mG determined by Dr. Michael Repacholi when he was Chairman of ICNIRP.<\/p>\n


A classic example of how a corrupt Health Canada helps the electric power industry can currently be seen in a City of Vancouver, British Columbia, downtown public park, where BC Hydro has duped City and Park officials and the public into believing that a huge electrical substation can be safely built under the park<\/u> and, when it is operational, BC Hydro will then construct a brand new elementary school on top of the substation<\/u>!\u00a0 BC Hydro\u2019s Pres\/COO stated publicly that the substation, when in operation, will emit a magnetic field of about 30 mG and not more than 100 mG, implying that the 30 mG is extraordinarily safe, given that Health Canada condones magnetic fields of up to 2,000 Mg (which had been set by Health Canada\u2019s own former scientist Dr. Michael Repacholi, who, by then, had moved on to head up, simultaneously, both ICNIRP\u2019s and the WHO\u2019s EMF group)\u00b7<\/p>\n

Safety Code 6 fails to consider the total or aggregate amount of EMF radiation emitted by domestic electricity and the numerous wireless devices operating at the same time on different frequencies.<\/p>\n

Safety Code 6 fails to consider different modulations, especially pulses, even though non-industry scientists and major militaries have long known that pulsed radiation is more hazardous to the human body, especially to the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord, heart, etc.).\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Non-industry scientists, globally, and major militaries have known for decades that EMFs, regardless of frequency, CAUSE<\/u><\/b> autism, ADHD, leukemia, brain tumors, brain cancer, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, prostate and many other cancers, Alzheimer\u2019s, Parkinson\u2019s, suicides, depression, miscarriages, still births, Sudden-Infant-Death-Syndrome (SIDS), Lou Gehrig\u2019s Disease (ALS), heart problems, etc.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Health Canada, like its \u2018Five-Eyes\u2019 allies, refuses to acknowledge that there is a condition (that, at its worst, can be totally disabling) known as electro-hypersensitivity or EHS, which is known to affect at least 3-5% of the world\u2019s entire population.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Safety Code 6 never even mentions \u201cDirty Electricity\u201d which, scientists know contributes to if not CAUSES many of today\u2019s disease epidemics. https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17178585<\/a><\/u><\/i>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Not a single Government of Canada Health Minister<\/u> \u2013 has had any credible expertise in power line frequency non<\/u>-thermal EMFs, pulsed RF non<\/u>-thermal EMFs, dirty electricity or EHS, leaving them no choice but to accept whatever the notoriously corrupt, industry-friendly Health Canada says on the subject;\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor has a single Government of Canada Deputy Minister of Health.\u00b7<\/p>\n

Nor has any provincial or territorial government Minister of Health. Which is why B.C. welcomes with open arms all wireless technology, even on public transit systems, BC Ferries, all schools, cancer clinics, hospitals, etc.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor has either of B.C.\u2019s two, successive Provincial Health Officers. Had either of them been knowledgeable, they would have at least tried to prevent smart meters and other wireless technologies from being used in the province.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor has any medical doctor in B.C.\u2019s or any jurisdiction\u2019s Centre for Disease Control.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor has any medical doctor in B.C.\u2019s five (5) Regional Health Authorities – as is evidenced by the plethora of digital, wireless gadgets (Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, cell phones, cordless phones, desktop, tablet and laptop computers, smart meters, wireless mice and keyboards, etc.) that now can be seen in British Columbia\u2019s cancer clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, medical clinics, regional health authority offices, etc.
In closing, it is unfortunate that virtually all North American communities use 60 Hz A\/C electricity to light and heat their buildings, power most of their machinery, tools and electronics, and to charge today\u2019s ever-expanding constellation of digital DC (Direct Current) wireless RF products, devices and gadgets, electric vehicles, etc. However, for North America now to be forced to choose a \u2018safer\u2019 frequency (Dr. Robert O. Becker mentioned that 400 Hz might be safer) and for electric utilities and the manufacturing industry to undertake such a gigantic engineering task is thought to be out of the question.<\/p>\n

However, given that time is of the essence (because of the threat posed by 5G), if governments would simply heed EMF scientists \u2013 not industry<\/u><\/b> – and abide by the recommendations contained in the current version of the BioInitiative Report, this might be an acceptable solution, if only temporarily, at least until internationally-respected EMF scientists have been consulted by national governments. Clearly, 5G technology, with its 30,000-plus satellites drenching every inch of earth with microwave and\/or millimeter wave radiation, while the major telephone companies also irradiate the same unsuspecting public with their version (i.e. their different frequencies) of microwave radiation is tantamount to committing licensed murder! 5G technology must be banned outright, and only hard-wired technology should be permitted in homes, schools, hospitals, places of work and worship, and communities. It is strongly recommended that governments – at every level – acquire for themselves both a gauss meter and an RF EMF meter, both of which are extremely easy to read\/use, and the two meters should cost no more than $600.00. Suitable RF Meters should read frequencies, say, from 200 MHz to at least 8 GHz (i.e., 200 megahertz up to at least 8 gigahertz). EMFs are silent, invisible, odorless and tasteless, which is why humans are unaware of them, and why industry is able to get away with using them.Lastly, allow me to suggest, once again, that all Regional District of Nanaimo Directors should visit the community of Nile Creek on the East coast of Vancouver Island (just south of Bowser), where the nearest home is literally within 100 feet of twin, overhead 525 kV (twin 525 thousand kilo volt) power lines. Informed people know that a \u2018safe\u2019 distance for any occupied building from any device carrying electricity can only be determined by actually measuring the magnetic field then present at each specific location (each house).<\/p>\n
