Dear Elected Officials,<\/strong>
\nFor your sake and that of all Canadians, please give this \u201c5G\u201d (fifth generation) technology \u2018radiation\u2019 the urgent attention it deserves! Read the Dec. 3, 2018 news release from Washington, D.C.: \u201cU.S. Senator Blumenthal from CT and REP. Eshoo from CA, both members of the Senate Committee that oversees the FCC (Federal Communications Committee), wrote a letter to the FCC demanding PROOF that \u201c5G\u201dis SAFE\u201d to humans<\/u><\/i>! [1]<\/p>\n

Here in B.C., Telus (with its Nationalist Chinese partner, Huawei<\/a>)<\/strong> is salivating in anticipation of being able to roll-out its untested \u201c5G,\u201d which will completely saturate, literally, not just every inch of space in the City of Vancouver but all of B.C. (All major Western countries are planning to roll out their 5G as well.) It should be noted that \u201c5G\u201d has never been tested<\/u> (independently, free from industry influence) for safety to humans \u2013 anywhere in the world!<\/u><\/p>\n

Also here in B.C., BC Hydro<\/strong> is in the early stages of preparing to build its \u2018City of Vancouver-approved\u2019 electrical substation \u2013 underground<\/b> – beneath a downtown public park! <\/b>And, <\/b>once the substation is operational, BC Hydro is to build an elementary school on top of the substation<\/u>!<\/b>\u00a0 Both BC Hydro\u2019s former and current presidents have volunteered that, under peak demand, the underground substation can produce a magnetic field of 100 milligauss (mG), implying that this is perfectly safe! [2] [3] BC Hydro is correct in saying that this level of magnetic field is just 5% of the allowable magnetic field of 2,000 mG, which Health Canada\u2019s historically corrupt Radiation Protection Bureau (RPB) and their equally-corrupt colleagues at the WHO and the industry-biased agency ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) all endorse and promote! [4] Contrast this, though, with what the BioInitiative 2012 Report (29 authors including 21 PhDs and 10 health experts from 10 countries) and their subsequent 2017 Report say: a \u2018safe\u2019 ambient (normal or constant) level of magnetic field should not exceed even 1 mG! [5] So did the 2011 Seletun Statement in Norway recommend <1 mG! [6]\u00a0 It has been known since 1979, that magnetic fields of 3-4 mG cause leukemia in children! As recently as 2017, it was also shown that pregnant women exposed to magnetic fields of between 2.5 mG and 6.2 mG had >3 times the risk of having a miscarriage! Women exposed to 16 mG or more had a <six times greater risk of having a miscarriage! [7] Those needing more evidence should read this 1999 document by New Zealand\u2019s world-respected scientist: Dr. Neil Cherry ONZM (1946-2003), who said that magnetic fields of even 0.2 mG or more increase the risk of suicide by 22%! [8] Also in 1999, the same Dr. Neil Cherry was the guest speaker at the World Conference on Breast Cancer<\/u><\/b>, held in Ottawa, Canada, 26-31 July. The title of his speech: \u201cElectromagnetic Radiation causes cancer: the implications for breast cancer.<\/u><\/i>\u201d [9]<\/p>\n

Elected officials also need to realize that mainstream news media have, since the late 1960s, been complicit with the U.S. Military-Industrial-Complex (US M-I-C) by remaining largely silent on this whole issue of non-thermal radiation. Their indefensible silence has enabled electric power utilities and wireless and telecom companies to deliberately mislead, deceive and even lie to governments (you and all of your predecessors) to keep governments unaware of the following:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Since at least 1999, the world\u2019s largest insurance companies have refused to insure ANY product that emits electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation!<\/strong> \u201cThe purpose of the exclusion is to exclude cover for illnesses caused by continuous long-term non-ionizing radiation exposure \u2026\u201d [10] [11]<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The industry \u2018captured\u2019 U.S. F.C.C. has just approved SpaceX\u2019s plan to launch more than 12,000 satellites to provide high-speed broadband<\/strong> \u2013 using \u201c5G\u201d frequencies – to every corner of the globe! And OneWeb plans to launch its first of 900 satellites in 2019 [12] This is on top of the 1886 satellites already operating!<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Google\u2019s \u201cProject Loon\u201d<\/strong> (designed to provide Internet access \u2013 using \u201c5G\u201d frequencies – to every region on earth) began in 2016 and involves thousands of high-altitude balloons encircling the earth at a height of about 12 miles (twice the height that planes fly). Facebook is working on a similar project and could be a potential competitor to Google [13]<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The International Appeal: Stop \u201c5G\u201don Earth and in Space.\u201d Currently, more than 30,000<\/strong> scientists, doctors, environmental organizations and citizens from around the world urgently call on all governments to halt deployment of \u201c5G\u201d wireless network, including \u201c5G\u201d from space satellites. [14]<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The International EMF Scientists Appeal \u2013 to the United Nations, all U.N.-member nations, the Director General of the WHO urged them all to: \u201cProtect Mankind and wildlife from electromagnetic radiation and wireless technology\u201d! [15]<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The $25-million, 10-year study conducted by the NTP Study on Cell Phones and Cancer in 2018 provided \u201cclear evidence<\/b>\u201d that non-thermal EMF\/R causes cancer! [16] [17] and the subsequent world\u2019 largest Animal Study done by the renowned Ramazzini Institute, in Italy, on Cell Tower radiation \u201cconfirmed cancer link\u201d!<\/b> [18]<\/p>\n

Fifty years ago few people had heard of Autism, ADHD, breast cancer, brain tumors, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, testicular cancer, colon cancer, leukemia and other cancers, Alzheimer\u2019s, Parkinson\u2019s, Lou Gehrig Disease (ALS), Sudden-Infant-Death-Syndrome (SIDS), suicides, depression, miscarriages, still-births, asthma, etc. Today they are disease epidemics in all industrialized countries! Yet no government has the temerity or courage to do anything!<\/p>\n

Fifty years ago, few people had heard of a \u2018special needs\u2019 teacher. Today, they\u2019re in most if not all schools.<\/p>\n

In 2016, one in 36 children (1 in 28 boys) in the USA was autistic, and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) has increased in lockstep with pediatric cancers!\u00a0 Brain tumors \/ cancers are said to be the number one cause of children\u2019s death from disease in the USA! It is also estimated that 1 in 2 Canadians and 1 in 3 Americans will get cancer in their lifetime! Yet no country on earth is calling for a national enquiry, let alone a national criminal investigation! This, in and of itself, is a crime!<\/p>\n

Health spending is rapidly increasing in every jurisdiction, yet no cancer organization anywhere even mentions EMFs \/ EMR as being a possible suspect cause of cancer! Maybe now that U.S. Senator Blumenthal has raised the SAFETY issue, Canada will finally have the decency and the guts to look at the pandemic corruption and corporate greed that is harming and literally killing us!<\/p>\n

As mentioned above, the above provides further indisputable evidence that Health Canada\u2019s RPB, like their colleagues in the WHO, ICNIRP and the FCC, is irredeemably corrupt! Like the others, the RPB is knowingly and uncaringly sacrificing the public\u2019s health and safety in favour of reaping enormous industrial profit! This was one of, if not the, reason why each agency elected to join the
\nUS M-I-C back in the 1960s.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, because humans \u2013 like all living things – are bio-electrical beings, \u201c5G\u201d technology and all wireless RF products must immediately be banned in Canada (ideally, throughout the world). This includes wireless \u2018smart\u2019 meters \u2013 each of which contains two microwave radio circuits! But one must not forget that non-industry scientists, globally, also classify extremely low or \u2018power line\u2019 (50 Hz\/60 Hz) frequency (ELF) electric and magnetic fields (EMF)s a Category 1A or Known Human Carcinogen; therefore all power lines, substations, power transformers, electrical appliances, power tools and machinery, etc. must be kept at distances which are truly SAFE for humans, i.e., Gaussmeter readings at a school, home, hospital, place of work, etc. must not register a magnetic field greater than 1 mG!\u00a0 This, of course, means that the City of Vancouver must immediately rescind its approval for BC Hydro to build the underground substation in downtown Vancouver, beneath a school!<\/p>\n

Let the words: \u201chonor,\u201d \u201cdignity,\u201d \u201cpride,\u201d \u201chonesty,\u201d \u201cdecency,\u201d \u201crespect,\u201d \u201ctrust,\u201d \u201ccompassion,\u201d \u201cconsideration,\u201d \u201cresponsibility,\u201d and \u201clove for thy fellow man\u201d once again mean something, as they did when I was a boy growing up in the Canada of which I was once proud!<\/p>\n
