All school boards\u00a0should consider including an extra increase in<\/strong><\/p>\n

the \u201cdelivery\u201d component their electricity costs<\/strong> in their upcoming budgets to reflect this change.<\/p>\n

Since Ontario deadline for the entire province to have Smart Meters is December 2010<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

it is most likely all schools have them by now,\u00a0but now you can see who supported the “<\/strong><\/em>fast track<\/em><\/strong>” \u00a0process of smart meters on Schools.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
