The news that will make the international movement Stop 5G tremble comes from Brussels: the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union has sent all delegates the conclusions entitled “Shaping Europe’s digital future<\/strong>“, approved by written procedure on 9 June 2020.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Among the 24 pages of the document, which we partially report in absolute exclusivity on OASI SANA, point 36 “stresses that, in the context of the spread of new technologies such as 5G\/6G, it is important to preserve the capacity of law enforcement agencies, security services and the judiciary to effectively exercise their legitimate functions; taking into account international guidelines for electromagnetic field effects on health<\/strong>; noting that it is important to combat the spread of misinformation on 5G networks, in particular with regard to claims that this network poses a health threat or that it is linked to COVID-19″.<\/div>\n

The Council of the European Union is a kind of European Council of Ministers, and the General Secretariat of the Council chaired by Danish diplomat Jeppe Tranholm Mikkelsen is the body in charge of assisting the European Council. In short, we are talking about the summit, the EU summit.<\/div>\n

After having discovered the clamorous conflict of interest of the Italian Government for the presence of Vittorio Colao in the Board of Directors of Verizon, world colossus of 5G, now it is clear that we are facing a real manoeuvre of encirclement as a game of Risk, a legalized techno-dictatorship, a witch hunt 2.0 in the unfolding of an unprecedented wave of repression orchestrated in the name of a denialist science devoted to risk in the technological unknown. In fact, this document puts on paper how nobody, from now on, will be able to feel safe anymore: repression against anyone who disagrees<\/strong>, even against precautionary politicians for the moratorium, doctors, scientists and independent researchers engaged in denouncing the dark sides of the Internet of things. But also against those who dare to question the obsolete and captious standards on thermal effects alone (and not strictly biological, much less long-term) drawn up by the International Commission for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), the private body based in Germany also condemned by the judges of the Court of Appeal of the Court of Turin for the unreliability of studies and links with telephone companies.<\/div>\n

La nouvelle qui fera trembler le mouvement international Stop 5G vient de Bruxelles : le Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Conseil de l’Union europ\u00e9enne a envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s les conclusions intitul\u00e9es “Fa\u00e7onner l’avenir num\u00e9rique de l’Europe”, approuv\u00e9es par proc\u00e9dure \u00e9crite le 9 juin 2020.<\/div>\n

Parmi les 24 pages du document, que nous rapportons partiellement en exclusivit\u00e9 absolue sur l’OASI SANA, le point 36 “souligne que, dans le contexte de la diffusion de nouvelles technologies telles que les 5G\/6G, il est important de pr\u00e9server la capacit\u00e9 des services r\u00e9pressifs, des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et du pouvoir judiciaire \u00e0 exercer efficacement leurs fonctions l\u00e9gitimes ; en tenant compte des lignes directrices internationales relatives aux effets des champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques sur la sant\u00e9 ; notant qu’il est important de lutter contre la diffusion de fausses informations sur les r\u00e9seaux 5G, notamment en ce qui concerne les all\u00e9gations selon lesquelles ce r\u00e9seau repr\u00e9sente une menace pour la sant\u00e9 ou qu’il est li\u00e9 \u00e0 COVID-19”.<\/div>\n

En fait, ce document met sur papier comment personne, d\u00e9sormais, ne pourra plus se sentir en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : r\u00e9pression contre quiconque n’est pas d’accord, m\u00eame contre les politiciens pr\u00e9ventifs pour le moratoire, les m\u00e9decins, les scientifiques et les chercheurs ind\u00e9pendants engag\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9nonciation des c\u00f4t\u00e9s sombres de l’Internet des choses. Die Nachricht, die die internationale Bewegung Stop 5G zum Zittern bringen wird, kommt aus Br\u00fcssel: Das Generalsekretariat des Rates der Europ\u00e4ischen Union hat allen Delegierten die Schlussfolgerungen mit dem Titel “Shaping Europe’s digital future” \u00fcbermittelt, die am 9. Juni 2020 im schriftlichen Verfahren verabschiedet wurden.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Auf den 24 Seiten des Dokuments, \u00fcber das wir teilweise in absoluter Exklusivit\u00e4t \u00fcber die OASI SANA berichten, wird im Punkt 36 “hervorgehoben, dass es im Zusammenhang mit der Verbreitung neuer Technologien wie 5G\/6G wichtig ist, die F\u00e4higkeit der Strafverfolgungsbeh\u00f6rden, der Sicherheitsdienste und der Justiz zu erhalten, ihre legitimen Funktionen wirksam auszu\u00fcben; unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der internationalen Richtlinien f\u00fcr die Auswirkungen elektromagnetischer Felder auf die Gesundheit; mit der Feststellung, dass es wichtig ist, die Verbreitung von Fehlinformationen \u00fcber 5G-Netze zu bek\u00e4mpfen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Behauptungen, dass dieses Netz eine Gesundheitsbedrohung darstellt oder dass es mit COVID-19 in Verbindung steht”.<\/div>\n

Der Rat der Europ\u00e4ischen Union ist eine Art Europ\u00e4ischer Ministerrat, und das Generalsekretariat des Rates unter dem Vorsitz des d\u00e4nischen Diplomaten Jeppe Tranholm Mikkelsen ist f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung des Europ\u00e4ischen Rates zust\u00e4ndig. In der Tat bringt dieses Dokument zu Papier, wie sich von nun an niemand mehr sicher f\u00fchlen kann: Repressionen gegen jeden, der anderer Meinung ist, sogar gegen vorsorgliche Politiker f\u00fcr das Moratorium, \u00c4rzte, Wissenschaftler und unabh\u00e4ngige Forscher, die die dunklen Seiten des Internets der Dinge anprangern. Aber auch gegen diejenigen, die es wagen, die veralteten und verf\u00e4nglichen Normen der Internationalen Kommission f\u00fcr den Schutz vor nichtionisierender Strahlung (ICNIRP) \u00fcber thermische Effekte allein (und nicht streng biologisch, geschweige denn langfristig) in Frage zu stellen.
