A lower mainland town has been over the years very aware of the cellular towers in the area.<\/p>\n

After the cancer cluster in West Maple Ridge<\/strong><\/a> parents are keeping track of any new antenna proposals in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Telus would like to place one in north central Maple Ridge, \u00a0another proposal for the same area that already has coverage, and was previously abandoned by the other land owner in 2019 that felt it would have effected his business, the local community was firm they did not want another antenna in this area.<\/p>\n

According to the local newspaper, a meeting is set for September 24, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm <\/strong>at Golden Ears United Church, Maple Ridge BC.<\/p>\n

Schools in the target area are ALOUETTE Elementary School<\/strong> and MAPLE RIDGE Secondary School<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
