The CST Petition will be presented AGAIN in the Victoria Legislature on March 13, 2013,\u00a0thanks to support\u00a0of\u00a0John Horgan, NDP Energy Critic. This petition highlights the thousands of people calling for a halt to the Smart Grid. We have less than 10 days to reach 30,000 signatures, which is our goal and\u00a0represents a fraction of the people who want this program stopped. Presenting the Petition in the\u00a0Legislature\u00a0is more evidence\u00a0that the BC Liberals are trashing our democratic processes and must be ousted from power.\u00a0If you or your friends HAVE NOT ALREADY SIGNED the online petition, please go ahead and sign. Here is an important new form following the NO FEE OPT OUT PRECEDENTS<\/strong> set in some US states and other countries. This form is for ALL TO COMPLETE <\/strong>for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

* Accurate Information – documents numbers of people forced to take smart meters without consent and this group will be first contacted to participate in Civil Class Action lawsuit against BC Hydro at future date if necessary.<\/p>\n

* Political Pressure – keeps focus on\u00a0Smart Meter fiasco at sensitive election time, and shows misrepresentation by BC Hydro of the numbers of people\u00a0who don’t want\u00a0smart meters.<\/p>\n

* Stop the Grid – when the majority of citizens demand and receive no fee opt out, those forcing the Grid will have to be “re-educated” to find a truly harmless and safe “green” solution to conserve energy and protect the environment.<\/p>\n
