A very important letter by Jerry Flynn from Bowser BC<\/p>\n

In case readers didn\u2019t already know this, here are some facts that every school board \u2013 No, every community on earth \u2013 should know about cell towers (and wireless technology in general).<\/p>\n

School boards\u00a0need to realize that the radiation emitted by cell towers is similar to that emitted by cell phones and Wi-Fi routers all of which even the corrupt WHO (World Health Organization) finally classified a Category 2B (\u201cPossible\u201d) human carcinogen in 2011.<\/p>\n

Readers might be surprised to learn that the biggest single donors to the WHO are: 1) Bill and Melinda Gates, and 2) the USA! [1] Knowing this should help people view skeptically if not cynically any pronouncements from the WHO.<\/p>\n

Russia<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 has a 2,000 METER \u2018no-man\u2019s land\u2019 around cell towers, within which no one is allowed to live or work! [2]<\/p>\n

In 1993,\u00a0Butler, Pennsylvania\u00a0\u2013 their progressive town council ruled that a protection distance of 610 metres (2,000 feet) should exist between antennas and buildings such as schools and apartments. [2]<\/p>\n

in 1995, then U.S. President\u00a0Bill Clinton signed a Memorandumstating that cell towers should not be placed on schools or near residential neighborhoods! [3]<\/p>\n

France<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a) banned Wi-Fi in kindergartens in 2015! In middle schools, Wi-Fi must be turned off when not in use.<\/p>\n

b)\u00a0France\u2019s Senate\u00a0is pressing for ban of cell phones and Wi-Fi in primary & middle schools!<\/p>\n

c)\u00a0Libraries\u00a0impose moratorium on Wi-Fi due to illnesses experienced;<\/p>\n

d)\u00a0Town of Herouville-Saint-Clair\u00a0\u2013 removes Wi-Fi from all schools, imposes Precautionary Principle!<\/p>\n

United Kingdom<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Chief Medical Officers\u00a0strongly recommend that children younger than 16 should NOT use cell phones!<\/p>\n

Taiwan<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 It is illegal for children under two (2) to use wireless technology! Parents can be fined! Parents have to ensure children under 18 use electronic products for a \u201creasonable length of time.\u201d<\/p>\n

European Parliament<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 In 2008 urged tighter safety standards for cell phones and all wireless technology (DECT phones, Wi-Fi routers, etc.)<\/p>\n

Russia<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 It\u2019s\u00a0Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (RNCIRP)\u00a0issued a Press Release in 2008, entitled: \u201cChildren and Mobile Phones: The Health of Following Generations is at Risk!\u201d It said children under 18 should not use cell phones!<\/p>\n

India<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Ministry of Telecommunications\u00a0said children under 16 should not use cell phones!<\/p>\n

Israel<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Ministry of Health. Recommends youth to limit use of cell phones; don\u2019t use them in enclosed spaces; use wired ear pieces.<\/p>\n

Finland<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Government\u00a0urges children to limit use of cell phones as long-term effects are not yet known.<\/p>\n

ICEMS\u00a0\u2013\u00a0International Commission on Electromagnetic Safety\u00a0(one of the most respected group of international esteemed scientists from various countries) Says industry is wrong in saying there is no evidence that all wireless is dangerous. Urges people of all ages, but especially children, to limit use of cell phones and other wireless technologies.<\/p>\n

United Kingdom<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Education Professionals Union (Voice)\u00a0(formerly the Professional Association of Teachers) \u2013 Calls for moratorium on new Wi-Fi installations in schools and withdrawal of existing Wi-Fi networks.<\/p>\n

Association of Teachers and Lecturers\u00a0\u2013 in 2009 called for a suspension of existing Wi-Fi networks as they were concerned by scientific reports linking wi-fi with impaired concentration, loss of short-term memory, chromosome damage and increased incidence of cancer!<\/p>\n

Scotland\u00a0\u2013 over 50% of councils in Scotland are now operating precautionary policies to prevent masts from being sited near schools, hospitals and residential areas.<\/p>\n

Germany<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a)\u00a0Germany\u2019s Health Protection Agency\u00a0urged removal of cordless phones; use cabled communications instead of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.<\/p>\n

b)\u00a0Frankfurt City and Bavarian Parliament\u00a0\u2013 recommend against Wi-Fi in schools;<\/p>\n

c)\u00a0The Teachers\u2019 Union for Education and Knowledge\u00a0told its members to resist roll-out of Wi-Fi on safety grounds.<\/p>\n

Salzburg, Austria\u00a0\u2013 Public Health Department\u00a0warned that Wi-Fi should not be installed in schools or nurseries.<\/p>\n

Austria<\/strong> \u2013 Austrian Medical Association\u00a0is lobbying against deployment of Wi-Fi in schools.<\/p>\n

Belgium<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Banned children\u2019s cell phones. Cell phones must now bear label showing relative radiation emitted.<\/p>\n
