Non-thermal radiation, that which is emitted by cell phones, Smart Meters,<\/p>\n
baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, cell phone towers, cordless phones, etc., is<\/p>\n
linked to or known to promote Leukemia, cancers, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s,<\/p>\n
Autism, ADD and a host of other diseases. Yet B.C.’s Provincial Health<\/p>\n
Officer, Dr. Perry Kendall, like his corrupt masters in Health Canada’s<\/p>\n
Radiation Protection Bureau, refuses to tell the BC Government that<\/p>\n
non-thermal radiation is harmful to all living things, no matter how weak<\/p>\n
the radiation! Honest scientists know that there is no such thing as a SAFE<\/p>\n
level of radiation! Instead of protecting us, Dr. Kendall, like Health<\/p>\n
Canada, stubbornly hides behind Safety Code 6 – which Health Canada’s own<\/p>\n
scientist, Dr. James McNamee, admitted in a Quebec Superior Court in<\/p>\n
February, 2013: “protects ONLY against THERMAL radiation” (i.e., that which<\/p>\n
heats tissue or organs, such as occurs in a microwave oven)!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Nor will Dr. Kendall or his corrupt Health Canada masters admit that there<\/p>\n
is such a thing as electro-hypersensitivity (“EHS”), which German scientists<\/p>\n
first reported in 1932, and which Russian and Eastern European countries<\/p>\n
have been treating since 1935. He even ignores that Dr. Gro Harlem<\/p>\n
Brundtland, MD, MPH, a former Prime Minister of Norway for more than 10<\/p>\n
years before becoming the Director General of the WHO, was the first<\/p>\n
‘luminary’ to state publicly in 2002 that she suffers from EHS! Even the WHO<\/p>\n
issued a Bulletin in December 2005 saying that EHS is a growing world-wide<\/p>\n
concern! Many countries recognize it, but not Canada nor the USA!<\/p>\n

Nor will Dr. Kendall or his corrupt masters in Health Canada admit that,<\/p>\n
because Canada is – and has been for many years – inextricably embedded with<\/p>\n
the corrupt U.S. Military \/ Government \/ Industrial complex (about which<\/p>\n
President Dwight Eisenhower warned the American People in 1961), British<\/p>\n
Columbians, like all Canadians – and every person living in the USA – are<\/p>\n
unknowingly being forced to endure one of the highest and most dangerous<\/p>\n
levels of non-thermal radio frequency radiation in the entire world! Honest<\/p>\n
scientists have long suspected that there is a direct correlation between<\/p>\n
the staggering increases in many of today’s illnesses and the corresponding<\/p>\n
explosion of wireless technology – much of which has never had to undergo<\/p>\n
independent pre-market science-based testing to prove it was harmless to<\/p>\n
humans and other life forms.<\/p>\n

Dr. Perry Kendall also stubbornly ignores that European countries began<\/p>\n
banning cell phones from schools in 2003, and that Switzerland, France,<\/p>\n
Germany, Belgium and England began pulling Wi-Fi out of schools and<\/p>\n
libraries in 2006. He also ignores that the 2nd largest democracy in the<\/p>\n
world (2nd only to India), the Council of Europe (47 countries, 800-million<\/p>\n
people) – which, until 2011, had followed the recommended radiation Exposure<\/p>\n
Limits of ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation<\/p>\n
Protection) – issued a Press Release on May 27th urging all its member<\/p>\n
countries to “reconsider” their dependency on ICNIRP and, instead, follow<\/p>\n
the recommendations of the BioInitiative 2007 Report! Were Canada to follow<\/p>\n
suit, Safety Code 6 radiation Exposure Limits would need to be reduced<\/p>\n
10,000 times! Repeat – 10,000 times! The Council of Europe also urged all<\/p>\n
countries of the world to observe the Precautionary Principle and urged<\/p>\n
ICNIRP to lower its own standards – which are virtually identical to Health<\/p>\n
Canada’s Safety Code 6, the WHO’s and IEEE\/FCC’s – none of whom recognize<\/p>\n
non-thermal radiation or EHS; all of whom sleep in the same bed.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The evidence speaks for itself and it is absolutely overwhelming! For that<\/p>\n
reason Dr. Kendall must be removed from office – immediately! No longer<\/p>\n
should British Columbians have to suffer because of his inexcusable legacy<\/p>\n
of being – and stubbornly remaining – ignorant of the harmful effects that<\/p>\n
non-thermal radio frequency radiation has on humans and all living things.<\/p>\n
Were it not for him, cell phone towers would not be permitted on daycare<\/p>\n
centres, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, churches, libraries, residential<\/p>\n
buildings, etc. Or in residential developments. Nor would Wi-Fi be permitted<\/p>\n
in these locations. And wireless Smart Meters would be a non-issue – here or<\/p>\n
anywhere! Had he done his job, all wireless devices would have been<\/p>\n
subjected to the Precautionary Principle, meaning that the onus would have<\/p>\n
been put on industry to first prove their technology was safe for humans and<\/p>\n
other life forms before it was allowed to be used and\/or sold in British<\/p>\n
Columbia.<\/p>\n
With this notice, should your government fail to replace Dr. Kendall<\/p>\n
immediately with a competent, morally upright medical doctor, one who<\/p>\n
understands non-ionizing radiation, your government will be exposing itself<\/p>\n
to endless, likely crippling law suits that inevitably are coming! A<\/p>\n
suitable successor for Dr. Kendall must only be someone who understands<\/p>\n
and\/or accepts that: a) long-term, low-level, pulsed, non-thermal radio<\/p>\n
frequency radiation is harmful to humans and all living things, and b)<\/p>\n
powerline (60 Hz) electro-magnetic field (EMF) radiation given off by<\/p>\n
household wiring, electrical appliances, high voltage power transmission and<\/p>\n
distribution lines, etc. is equally harmful to humans and all living things.<\/p>\n
