Josh del Sol is a tireless warrior informing the public about the health impacts of RF, EMF and other ubiquitous frequencies. Today, I received an email from him regarding a spontaneous conversation another activist had with an AT&T line-man working on a cell\u00a0tower. I have copied the conversation below. Meanwhile, this should put it in perspective for you:<\/p>\n Comments by Travis Burch, a concerned citizen:\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n I saw the AT&T trucks today, the guys were working on the cell towers. I\u2019ve been wanting to talk to them for months but I never get a chance to talk to them.<\/p>\n So I walk over there today and just then a guy comes down and says \u201cHey\u201d.<\/p>\n So I said \u201cHey man, do you mind if I ask you some questions about the cell towers?\u201d<\/p>\n He said \u201cSure thing, go ahead\u201d, real friendly.<\/p>\n I then asked a bunch of technical questions about the design of the towers and stuff, just saying I was fascinated by the technology. He answered them and I learned a bunch of stuff. He mentioned that the round antennas are higher frequency microwaves.<\/p>\n Then he said that the US is soon going to 5G, Korea (I think) is already going to 5G and \u201cthey\u2019re ahead of us\u201d, but that \u201clots of countries are holding off on 5G because of environmental concerns and health concerns\u201d.<\/p>\n I said \u201creally?\u201d<\/p>\n He said, \u201cYeah, and the head of the FCC recently said \u2018We\u2019re not going to let research slow us down<\/strong><\/a>.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n I said \u201cWow, he said that? That\u2019s really bold.\u201d<\/p>\n He said \u201cYeah I think so.\u201d<\/p>\n So I said, \u201cAre you interested in the health concerns from this stuff?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, I mean\u2026yeah.\u201d<\/p>\n Me: Me too<\/p>\n Him: Really? Lots of us in this line of work are getting leukemia<\/strong> and cancer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Me: I\u2019ve been interested in it for a while because I work here, so close to two towers.<\/p>\n Him: They used to turn off the transmitters when we worked on them. Now they refuse to turn off the transmitters while we work on them and they don\u2019t let us carry around a RF meter anymore<\/span>. They\u2019ve got transmitters on top of buildings now. . .<\/p>\n Me: Yeah I\u2019ve seen them!<\/p>\n Him: Yeah! You know the M****** H****** Hotel? I was just up there. And you just walk right up to them.<\/p>\n Me: Really? Man you\u2019re right in front of those things!<\/p>\n Him: Yeah, and they\u2019re not turning them off anymore. I\u2019m just getting blasted.<\/p>\n Me: I\u2019ve got a meter and I get readings at this school of 10-20 mW\/cm2 per channel. And a cell tower has like 70 channels right?<\/p>\n Him: You have a RF meter? (He couldn\u2019t believe it).<\/p>\n Me: Yeah! I drive around town and see what the levels are like.<\/p>\n Him: No way, eBay? Amazon?<\/p>\n Me: Amazon.<\/p>\n Him: How much was it?<\/p>\n
