HOBBUS J.D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NEW YORK, Ny. \u2013 Republican presidential candidate and billionaire entrepreneur Donald Trump touted the need for a \u201clasting resolution\u201d to the country\u2019s ongoing immigration problem during an appearance on Fox &amp; Friends this morning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThis country needs a comprehensive policy in place to halt illegal immigration and keep anyone who\u2019s previously been deported from coming back,\u201d Trump said. Touching on \u201cOperation Wetback,\u201d\u00a0a controversial 1950\u2019s deportation policy which Mr. Trump has voiced strong support for, the GOP\u2019s leading candidate proposed a solution that he would \u201cimmediately\u201d implement if elected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Trump\u2019s plan takes the \u201cpositive\u201d aspects from a number of previous immigration policies dating back to the start of World War II, including the\u00a0internment of Japanese Americans\u00a0following the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. In order to deport the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants living in the United States, \u201cwe need to have an established system in place. That means opening relocation centers in our border states,\u201d Mr. Trump said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cAs president, I\u2019ll issue an executive order -similar to Roosevelt\u2019s Executive Order 9066, authorizing the armed forces to work in conjunction with our immigration services to better expedite the deportation of these individuals,\u201d Trump said, adding that he plans to crate a new federal agency, based off the now-defunct\u00a0War Relocation Authority, to handle the deportation process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cObviously we\u2019ll have a system in place to determine who\u2019s who,\u201d Trump said, continuing, \u201cwhether or not they have ties to ISIS or another extremist group, or they\u2019re involved in drug trafficking. At this point, under the current administration, we really don\u2019t know who any of these people are.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIdeally we\u2019ll have a seasoned deportation force operating these relocation centers. People familiar with this type of environment, familiar with border security, national security, threat assessment, that sort of thing,\u201d Trump explained. \u201cWe\u2019re talking military police, intelligence specialists, people who worked with the detainees at Guantanamo.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Trump\u2019s plan includes a \u201crevolutionary\u201d method for locating and tracking individuals who have been or are scheduled to be deported from the United States.\u00a0<strong>\u201cSpecialists will implant a tiny radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip into the upper right arm of every individual who passes through one of these relocation centers,\u201d Trump said<\/strong>, continuing, <strong>\u201cThis allows us to track their movements virtually anywhere in the world, in real-time.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apart from the economy, immigration is seen as one of the biggest issues facing the stability of the country.
