After years of obvious problems, Hydro One finally\u00a0<strong>admitted that rural \u2018smart\u2019 meters do not work<\/strong>, and has decided to pull the plug on 36,000 of them \u2014 to start<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>We will see more utilities begin to do likewise.
