Figure 1 – Canadian frequency allocations in the 28 GHz band

This figure shows Canadian frequency allocations in the 28 GHz band (27.5 to 28.35 GHz). It shows that the entire band is currently allocated to fixed, fixed-satellite (Earth–to-space) and mobile services on a co-primary basis. It also shows that there are footnotes for the frequency ranges 27.500-27.501 GHz (No. 5.538), 27.501-28.35 GHz (No. 5.540), and 27.5 to 28.35 GHz (No. 5.484A, No. 5.539, and C47A).

Figure 4 – Canadian frequency allocations in the band 37-40 GHz

This figure shows the Canadian frequency allocations in the band 37-40 GHz. It shows that fixed and mobile services are allocated from 37-40 GHz. It shows that fixed-satellite service (space-to-Earth) is allocated in the frequency band 37.5-40.0 GHz, space research service (space-to-Earth) is allocated in the frequency band  37-38 GHz, and mobile-satellite (space-to-Earth) is allocated in the frequency band 39.5-40 GHz all on a co-primary basis. It shows that Earth exploration-satellite service (space-to-Earth) is allocated on a secondary basis in the frequency band 37.5-40 GHz. It shows that there is a footnote No. 5.547 for the frequency band 37-40 GHz.  It also shows footnotes C51 (38.6-40 GHz) and C49, C50 (39.5-40 GHz).

This is an image of the Canadian frequency allocations in the band 64-71 GHz. It shows fixed and mobile (except aeronautical mobile) allocated in the 64-66 GHz range. It shows mobile, mobile-satellite, radionavigation, and radionavigation-satellite allocated in the 66-71 GHz range. It shows inter-satellite allocated in the 64-71 GHz range. It shows earth exploration-satellite and space research allocated in the 65-66 GHz range. The image shows footnotes No. 5.556 (64-65 GHz), No. 5.547 (64-66 GHz), and No.s 5.553, 5.554, and 5.558 (66-71 GHz).
