Re: Smart meter plan may not be so smart, Column, April 4
At a $1-billion price tag for B.C. this means we will have to save about 100 million kilowatt hours of electricity in consumption before the citizens see some financial benefit from so called smart meters.
How long will it take for us to save this much electrical energy?
Especially when no one can find any where in the world that these meters have been installed where energy consumption has been reduced.
If the B.C. Liberals do not terminate this program they are doomed in the next election.

I own in a high rise strata condo. There will be 20 meters on my floor near my unit. I can’t post a stop installation sign on my meter. What can I do to stop the installation of so many meters near me?
