Dear Prem. Clark,
One more promise by BC Hydro is being broken. I have dozens of letters sent to people saying that if they are on the “Do not install list” or “Delayed Installation” list or whatever term Hydro is using today, Hydro will not put a meter on a home until they’ve given direct notification. As well, we’ve all been told that the installation will occur only after all of our concerns have been taken into consideration.
I was called today, Monday, Aug. 22, by someone in Oak Bay telling me that installers were knocking on doors. If someone said they were on the “List”, the installers left. But if no one was at home, a meter was installed. The installer did not have a list of those who had specifically withheld permission. In all likelihood, people who are on this “list” will be shocked and angry when they find a smart meter on their home.
This is a breach of trust and on behalf of the untold numbers of persons who have been concerned enough to demand that their wishes be considered I ask that you provide the installers with a list of those homes. If anyone who is on that list has already received a smart meter, Hydro has a responsibility to remove it and return their analogue meter immediately.
We have not been consulted any where along the line with this program, from inception to implementation. We are taxpayers, we own Hydro, we demand respect. I expect you to resolve this problem immediately. Please get back to me and tell me that you have.
Sincerely,
Sharon Noble

I called Hydro today and asked to be put on the Do Not Install list and was told there is no such thing. I am getting a smart meter no matter what and there is nothing I can do about it. How do I get on this list when hydro denies there is one?

According to th PG Free Press, a BC hHydro employee said that you can send a letter to Hydo saying that you don’t want one installed, and post a copy of the letter at your meter. They’ll photograph it and delay installation until further notice. I’m doing it. My house is only 5 years old!

THE B.C. HYDRO FABLE
“You can trust us we are a corporation which puts the customer first”
So once upon a time there was a giant power company which only wanted to help me to not send them more money? yeah…give me a break. Smart meters cut corners on infrastructure upgrades and disrupt the planet’s frequencies.
Harper used Stimulus money (for creating jobs) to fund their “smart meter” program that they could not afford before but now can, leading to cutting meter reader jobs. USED STIMULUS MONEY TO CUT JOBS. Siemens, one of the top manufacturers of s/meters is the same company that brought us the Third Reich and the rise of the Nazis now all of a sudden cares about people and installs smart meters which will send information about us to databases. Yes, lovely Siemens. Great company.
IBM provided the numbering system for the CONCENTRATION camps. Siemens made it all possible. COCA COLA changed its brand to FANTA for distribution in Germany.
People who expect a corporation to keep any promise seem to be ALREADY suffering from what seems like induced historical amnesia from muscle & nerve depolarization from illegal wireless frequencies. Google Safety Code Six.
These frequencies are ILLEGAL. Inform the RCMP of the illegality in advance of any installation, then call them as needed.

In response to Ms. Jervis’s situation: on the website http://www.citizensforsafetechnology.org, they are suggesting a phone call to the electric co., followed by a letter to further back your choice to not have a wireless smart meter installed, and a form letter is provided (downloadable).
Visit the site, click on “Smart meter action kit”, then click”Alert: letter of non-consent for smart meter(updated).
I found this site to be most helpful.
Also of interest is Cindy Sages’s taped interview on http://www.BioInitiative.org.. Ms. Sage informs us about (some of) the energy waves we live with so it’s easy to understand, without talking down to us. Hope this info is helpful.
