FCC CAUGHT IN ILLEGAL ACTIONS
RE: MANDATORY CELL TOWER DOCKET
Dear All,
It has taken WAY longer for me to set this up than I thought. I am getting this to you last minute for the comments to stop the FCC from putting a cell tower in front of your house, but our petition to invalidate the vote or pre-empt it due to the fraud and illegal actions I discovered on the site can be sent to Congress over the next week or more.
FRAUD AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY FCC TO BLOCK PUBLIC COMMENT ON REMOVING LOCAL CELL TOWER CONTROL
We have a serious situation of fraud and illegal activity initiated by the FCC to try and lessen the amount of public comment and outrage on docket # 25- 276, “Build America: Eliminating Barriers to Wireless Deployments”, which would STRIP all local control of cell tower placement and calls for a cell tower every 750 ft across the nation! YOU are the “barrier” they are referring to and your voice of opposition to a cell tower in front of your home or just down the street is what this docket is attempting to “eliminate”. You are not a human being trying to protect your health and life, you are a “barrier” to wireless industry profits, ubiquitous AI spying on your every move and the banking cartels “total global dominance” through the digital infrastructure. Make no mistake, this is a globalist grab for AI control of the country.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, because the FCC was receiving too many objections from the public re: docket 25-276, on and around the date of 12/27/25, the FCC REMOVED from its website, the ability for the public to file a comment! This is a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act, invalidates the whole process and cannot be allowed to stand. On 12/28 or 12/29, the docket was back up again, but the damage had already been done. I have no doubt that many people tried but were unable to file a comment and therefor didn’t even pass the link on to their friends and family. I created a video on what happened and provided evidence of the removed and put back again docket in the video.

Please sign our petition to Congress to BLOCK the vote on Docket # 25-276 that is expected to take place early Jan. 2026. We are also calling for an investigation as to who took the docket down over the holidays and who was the higher up that ‘okay-ed” or gave the order to take it down.

After you sign the petition, please also submit your comments of opposition to Docket # 25-276. Here is a link whereby you can copy our comments if you so desire, or just take the studies we have assembled and use them in your comments.

Don’t be intimidated by FCC legalees jargon in the link.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Write your comments out in a separate document, save as Word or PDF.
2) Write 25-276 at the top under PROCEEDINGS.
3) Only fill in areas with the red asterisks next to them.
4) Under TYPE OF FILING, click on COMMENT.
5) Upload your document
6) At the bottom where it asks if you want an Email Confirmation click YES.
7) Then check the yellow box
8) Click Continue to review screen.
Once your comment is submitted, click on your receipt in your inbox and take a screenshot of it\’85I do not trust these people AT ALL.
The cut off for comments was midnight, Dec. 31st, 2025, however, the entire vote needs to postponed due to the discovery of fraud with regards to the removal of the docket or if they do vote it needs to be invalidated due to the FCC violating due process.
Please pass the link to this news letter at the top of this page, since it includes both the petition to Congress to invalidate the vote due to violation of due process and the comments link, to as many people as you possibly can.
